What are your bracelets made of?

Will the bracelet stretch out or break over time?

Can I wear this bracelet every day?

Yes. These bracelets are designed for everyday wear and effortless versatility. For longevity, we recommend removing your bracelet before swimming, showering, or intense physical activity.

How do I know if my bracelet fits me?

A proper fit should feel secure without feeling tight. The bracelet should sit comfortably on your wrist without squeezing or leaving deep marks. You shouldn’t be able to see the elastic cord between the beads, which can be a sign that the bracelet is too tight.

On the other hand, the bracelet shouldn’t hang loosely from your wrist or have large gaps between the bracelet and your skin. A little movement is normal, but it shouldn’t slide excessively up and down your arm.

What if it doesn’t fit or isn’t what I expected?

If your bracelet doesn’t fit properly, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll exchange it for the correct size and cover the shipping costs. Bracelets must be in original condition and show no signs of wear beyond being tried on.

Do you offer extended-size men’s bracelets?

Yes. Jamaica Jacobson men’s bracelets are available in extended sizes, with select styles offered up to 9.5”. Extended sizing is part of the regular collection, so you can choose your size directly from the product page.
