Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Custom pieces require additional time and will be processed within 5–7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): $7.95 flat rate

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders over $75

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days for U.S. customers.

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS, selected based on location and delivery efficiency.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
